I'm doing it. I'm going to the store right now to buy a turkey and all the other stuff for Thanksgiving dinner. This will be our little family's first time celebrating, just us. It'll be my first time making a big turkey. I'm looking forward to the challenge! My mom and my mother-in-law have full confidence in me, but I'll have some boneless skinless turkey breasts on hand as a back-up just in case.

You can do it!!!! I think turkey roasting being tough is just a rumor put out there by hard working moms in the days of yore so that they got credit for something. It's really not that hard... and it's very rewarding. ;)
